5. Purpose of the processing activity


The purpose of processing data is to handle issues related to recruitment of new employees for OneMed Oy and OneMed Group Oy


6. Basis for processing the personal data

 

Legitimate interests of OneMed to process the personal data or consent from the data subject in case when using a recruitment test.

For example the job description, application form, applicant's resume and assessments/recruitment test for recruitment purposes

All data is collected from applicants themselves.


10. Who will the personal data be shared with?


The content of the register is only available to supervisors and HR to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. All persons using data in the register are bound by an obligation of secrecy.




11. Storage times – when is the personal data deleted?

All data for applicants who are not selected is deleted after two years.
The data of those who are employed is transferred to employment/payroll register.

 

All recruitment tests and assessments are delated after the recruitment process is ended.

 

12. Rights of the data subject

The data subjects have the following rights concerning the Controller’s processing of their personal data:

  • the right to have access,
  • the right to rectification,
  • the right to ask the erasure (the right to be forgotten),
  • the right to ask to restrict the processing,
  • the right to object to the processing,
  • the right to data portability, meaning that the data subjects, under certain circumstances, have the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit that data to another Controller,
  • the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and
  • the right to withdraw a consent at any time, if the processing is based on that

The requests should be made to the contact person, who is mentioned in section 2 in these processing records. The requests shall be made based on the document “Form Concerning the Data Subject's Rights”.

 

13. Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EES

Personnel data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

14. Technical and organizational security measures that has been done

All information is stored in email. The systems are protected by user names and passwords. The system is protected from third parties.

15. The right to make a complaint to supervisory authority

 

Employees have the right to file a complaint with the local data protection authorities. The supervisory authority in Finland is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, whose contact details are as follows:
